Je werkt vanuit Rosmalen aan projecten in Zuidoost-Nederland en schakelt dagelijks met collega's en opdrachtgevers. Als (Senior) Procesmanager / Manager integrale projectbeheersing geef jij richting aan de projectbeheersing en borg je dat afspraken ook echt worden nagekomen. Je combineert overzicht met inhoud, houdt koers onder druk en weet betrokkenen mee te nemen in heldere keuzes. - Je begeleidt projectteamleden in het gestructureerd werken volgens afgesproken standaarden. - Je stuurt tactisch en strategisch een aantal collega's aan. - Je onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers over contract- en procesmanagement. - Je analyseert contractissues en maakt deze bespreekbaar. - Je beheert het projectmanagementplan en coördineert verbetertrajecten en audits. Functie-eisen Je brengt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring mee in projectmanagement, procesmanagement of integrale projectbeheersing binnen de aannemerij of een vergelijkbare omgeving. Jij weet hoe je structuur aanbrengt, prioriteiten stelt en verschillende belangen samenbrengt zonder de inhoud uit het oog te verliezen. - Hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting techniek, bedrijfskunde of projectmanagement. - Ervaring met projectbeheersing, contractmanagement en het bewaken van processen. - Je communiceert stevig en zorgvuldig en weet keuzes onderbouwd over te brengen. - Je werkt planmatig, neemt initiatief en houdt ook in complexe situat...
