In Waalwijk worden processen bewaakt door vakbekwame teams die samenwerken met technische diensten om storingen snel te verhelpen en preventief onderhoud uit te voeren. Medewerkers krijgen praktische ondersteuning bij het uitvoeren van procesmetingen en kwaliteitscontroles. Het salaris ligt tussen €2900 en €5400 per maand en er zijn secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden die passen bij een industriële productieomgeving. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en stelt procesinstallaties en apparatuur in en voert dagelijkse controles uit om kwaliteit en continuïteit te waarborgen. - Je voert procesmetingen en kwaliteitstesten uit en rapporteert afwijkingen direct aan de ploegleider. - Je ondersteunt bij kleine storingen en voert eerste lijn onderhoud uit. - Je werkt samen met technische teams bij grotere interventies en draagt bij aan procesverbeteringen. - Je draagt zelfstandige verantwoordelijkheid voor het opstarten en omstellen van volledige productielijnen en bewaakt de voortgang. - Je lost kleine mechanische storingen zelfstandig op zoals vastgelopen pompen en eenvoudige onderdeelwissels en schakelt technische dienst in bij complexere storingen. - Je registreert kwaliteitsmetingen digitaal en neemt monsters voor analyse volgens de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitseisen. Functie-eisen - MBO of HBO diploma in Chemische Technologie, Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als procesoperator of in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de procesindustrie. - Praktische kennis van procesbewaking, procesmetingen en kwaliteitscontroles. - Veiligheidsbewustzijn en ervaring met veiligheidsprocedures. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en rapportagevaardigheden richting ploegleider. - Bereidheid tot pl.
