Senior procesoperator in Ermelo Wil jij werken in een moderne productieomgeving waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor meerdere geautomatiseerde productielijnen? In deze functie combineer je techniek, kwaliteitscontrole en coördinatie. Je werkt in een hecht team van 6 operators binnen een stabiel familiebedrijf en verdient tot €4.000 bruto per maand inclusief ploegentoeslag. Plaats Ermelo Uren 32 tot 40 uren per week Salaris € 3.000 - € 4.000 per maand Vakgebied Techniek Over de functie - Bedienen, instellen en bijsturen van de machine. - Je lost kleine storingen zelf op. Bij grotere storingen schakel je je TD-collega in. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor 6 geautomatiseerde productielijnen. - Je helpt bij het ombouwen van de machine. - Je controleert en registreert de kwaliteit van de producten. - Bij afwezigheid van de teamcoördinator vervang jij de leidinggevende taken. Over het bedrijf Je komt terecht bij een hecht familiebedrijf binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en continu verbeteren centraal staan. Binnen de organisatie werken ongeveer 85 collega's die samen zorgen voor een soepel en efficiënt productieproces. Op de afdeling waar je start werk je samen met vijf collega-operators en ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor zes geautomatiseerde productielijnen. Dankzij de moderne installaties en processen krijg je volop de ruimte om je technische kennis verder te ontwikkelen en actief mee te denken over verbeteringen op de werkvloer. Wat wij vragen - Je hebt technisch inzicht en oog voor kwaliteit. - Je kunt en wilt werken in een 3-ploegendienst. - Je bent oplossingsgericht en kan vlot schakelen. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en/of Poolse taal (Posługujesz się językiem niderlandzkim i/lub polskim). - Ervaring met HACCP of productieomgevingen is mooi meegenomen.
