Jij voert taken nauwkeurig uit, houdt je aan de regels en implementeert snel praktische oplossingen. Medewerkers ondersteunen elkaar bij het optimaliseren van procedures en het verbeteren van efficiëntie. De functie biedt een salaris tussen €2600 en €5000 bruto per maand en ruime mogelijkheden voor professionele groei en opleiding in de procesindustrie. Er zijn goede arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals voldoende vakantiedagen, een pensioenregeling en vergoedingen bij woon-werkafstand boven de drempel. Functie-inhoud - Je werkt actief mee in het productieproces en waarborgt kwaliteit, veiligheid en continuïteit. - Je bedient en controleert de productiemachines, registreert kwaliteitsgegevens en past procesparameters aan waar nodig. - Je geeft leiding aan een klein team van 3 tot 5 collega’s en zorgt voor duidelijke instructies tijdens ploegwissels. - Je coacht en werkt in met nieuwe collega’s, bewaakt bezetting en pauzeroulaties en signaleert knelpunten aan de supervisor. - Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen en verbeteren van werkprocedures en realiseert structurele verbeteringen samen met het management. - Je springt bij als procesoperator bij afwezigheid van collega’s en bewaakt de continuïteit van het productieproces. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde technische opleiding op minimaal MBO niveau 3, bij voorkeur in Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica, Werktuigbouwkunde of Procestechniek. - Meerdere jaren leidinggevende ervaring i.
