*Advanced Process Control & Automatisierung - Entwicklung, Implementierung und Optimierung von Advanced Process Control (APC) Strategien - Verbesserung von Prozessstabilität, Anlagenleistung und Energieeffizienz - Standardisierung von Regelungskonzepten über globale Produktionsumgebungen hinweg * Datengetriebene Optimierung & Analytik - Aufbau von Monitoring- und Optimierungsframeworks für Regelungsperformance - Anwendung von Statistical Process Control (SPC) und Datenanalysen - Vorantreiben der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung hin zu autonomen Produktionssystemen * Prozessmodellierung & Simulation - Erstellung und Pflege von dynamischen und statischen Prozessmodellen - Einsatz von Simulationen für Validierung von Regelstrategien, Prozessoptimierung und Schulung von Anlagenbedienern - Unterstützung bei der Validierung von Distributed Control Systems (DCS) * CAPEX-Projekte & Engineering - Bereitstellung von Automatisierungsexpertise in Investitionsprojekten (CAPEX) und Anlagenmodernisierungen - Sicherstellung robuster Automatisierungslösungen von der Konzeption bis zur Inbetriebnahme - Stakeholder Management & Zusammenarbeit

Unsere Erwartungen * Abgeschlossenes Studium in Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Physik oder Mechatronik * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in: Prozessregelung / Automatisierungstechnik, Advanced Process Control (APC), Industriellen Produktionsumgebungen * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Prozessleitsystemen und Automatisierungstechnologien, Prozessmodellierung und Simulation, Statistischer Prozesskontrolle und Datenanalyse * Erfahrung mit DCS-Systemen, PIMS und digitalen Tools Interesse oder Erfahrung in AI / GenAI / datengetriebenem Engineering von Vorteil * Ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösungsorientierte Denkweise * Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Lösungsorientierung * Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten sowie Fähigkeit zur Arbeit in internationalen und interdisziplinären Teams * Englisch B2, Deutsch C1

Für diese Position erwartet Sie im Rahmen einer 38h-Woche ein Monatsbruttogehalt von mindestens EUR 4.300,- basierend auf dem Kollektivvertrag der chemischen Industrie. Aufgrund Ihrer individuellen Qualifikation und positionsrelevanten Berufserfahrung ist unsere Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung gegeben. Darüber hinaus nehmen Sie am Lenzing Bonussystem teil.
