Senior Product Engineer | AI-first Fulltime Amersfoort Senior Bij Blinqx Verzekering & Hypotheek bouwen we SaaS-software voor hypotheekadviseurs, verzekeringsadviseurs en volmachtkantoren. Je begint bij FinConnect: het platform waarmee onze klanten formulieren, naverrekeningen en schadeafhandeling digitaliseren, inclusief AI Schade, dat schadeclaims grotendeels zelfstandig beoordeelt. Op termijn kun je ook een bijdrage leveren aan andere producten. Binnen ons team speelt AI een centrale rol in het ontwikkelproces. AI-agents voeren complete ontwikkeltaken uit, van het verkennen van oplossingen tot het schrijven van code en tests. We werken met Claude en met het ADLC (Agentic Development Life Cycle) als gezamenlijk kader. Binnen dat kader bepaal je zelf hoe je je werkwijze inricht: welke taken je aan agents geeft, hoe je ze aanstuurt en hoe je de output controleert. Onze stack is Laravel (PHP). Ken je die nog niet? Geen probleem. Wij vinden het belangrijker dat je goede software bouwt en met AI-agents werkt dan dat je al jaren PHP schrijft. Je krijgt tijd en begeleiding om je de stack eigen te maken. Wat ga je doen? Als Product Engineer werk je aan de kern van FinConnect. Je pakt issues en stories op, maar je kijkt verder dan de implementatie. Je wilt begrijpen welk probleem je oplost en gaat daarvoor in gesprek met klanten, product owners, support en accountmanagers. Je vertaalt de vraag naar een passende oplossing, komt met een eigen voorstel en bouwt dit zelf. Na livegang controleer je of de oplossing doet wat hij moet doen. Je geeft de AI-agents de juiste context en kaders, beoordeelt hun werk kritisch en staat in voor wat er live gaat. Je werkt nauw samen met de andere engineers in Amersfoort en helpt hen om b...
