Senior Product Manager Heerlen Your mission We're looking for a visionary, tech-savvy, and impact-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the definition, execution and lifecycle delivery of our software and hardware solutions. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will serve as the strategic bridge connecting scientific end-users, R&D, software engineering and commercial teams. If you thrive on translating complex user needs into high-performing software platforms, shaping technical roadmaps and seeing high-tech B2B products solve real-world global challenges, this is your opportunity to lead innovation at the intersection of tech, AI and plant science. What you'll do - Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Formulate and execute multi-year product roadmaps, combining market research, user data and customer feedback into high-impact software and hardware initiatives. - Solution Definition & Agile Execution: Work side-by-side with R&D, Software/Hardware Engineering and UX/UI teams to translate complex customer problems into clear product requirements, technical specifications and user stories. - Go-To-Market & Commercial Strategy: Drive product positioning, define pricing models and collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales on launch strategies, product demos and annual Product Days. - Strategic Customer Engagement: Partner directly with key global accounts, researchers and scientific leaders to pilot, validate and co-develop next-generation products in real-world environments. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Champion the voice of the customer internally, establishing clear KPIs for product releases and driving continuous improvement across Engineering, Sales and Application teams.
