Aufgaben * End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Finance-Landschaft innerhalb von Corporate Services

* Entwicklung eines übergreifenden Finance-Zielbilds und einer priorisierten Roadmap gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen, Architektur und relevanten Stakeholdern

* Bewertung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen und Initiativen anhand von Business Impact, Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Umsetzbarkeit

* Strukturierung komplexer fachlicher Anforderungen und Übersetzung in klare, umsetzbare Produkt- und Lösungskonzepte

* Aktive Steuerung der Schnittstellen zwischen Finance, XXXLdigital, Architektur, Engineering und externen Partnern

* Weiterentwicklung strategischer Finance-Themen wie Treasury-Digitalisierung, Finance-Systemlandschaft und Transformation bestehender Prozesse

* Steuerung interner und externer Delivery-Ressourcen sowie Schaffung von Transparenz zu Fortschritt, Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Entscheidungen

* Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lösungen mit Blick auf nachhaltige Produkte und Services statt isolierter Einzelprojekte

* Herbeiführen klarer Entscheidungen und Sicherstellen einer umsetzbaren Priorisierung fachlicher Anforderungen und Initiativen

Qualifikationen * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im digitalen Product Management oder in vergleichbaren Rollen, z. B. Product Owner, Application Owner/Manager, Business Analyst oder Projektmanager

* Fundierte Erfahrung mit Finance-Prozessen und digitalen Finance-Lösungen, idealerweise in einem komplexen Unternehmensumfeld

* Sehr gutes Verständnis dafür, fachliche Anforderungen, Prozesse, Systeme und technische Abhängigkeiten zusammenzubringen

* Ausgeprägtes Produktverständnis mit Fokus auf Business Impact, Nutzerbedürfnisse, Prozessqualität und nachhaltige Lösungen

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Stakeholder-Strukturen und die Fähigkeit, Anforderungen zu strukturieren, zu priorisieren und Entscheidungen aktiv herbeizuführen

* Fähigkeit, aus komplexen und teilweise historisch gewachsenen Strukturen ein verständliches Zielbild und klare Prioritäten abzuleiten

* Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise, hohe Ownership und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen proaktiv voranzutreiben

* Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen Tech-Teams, Architektur, externen Dienstleistern und Softwareanbietern

* Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein sicherer Umgang mit unterschiedlichen oder konkurrierenden Interessen

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
