Als digitale Organisat... 1 Senior Product Manager - Purchasing (m/w/d) Aufgaben * Du trägst die strategische Verantwortung für Vision, Ausrichtung und Outcomes des digitalen Lieferantenmanagements über den gesamten Lieferantenlebenszyklus hinweg. * Du entwickelst und steuerst die End-to-End-Produktstrategie - von der Lieferantenauswahl über Onboarding und Performance-Steuerung bis zum Offboarding. * Du priorisierst und steuerst bereichsübergreifende Initiativen zur Standardisierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Lieferantenprozessen. * Du verantwortest den Business Impact auf Domänenebene - insbesondere hinsichtlich Datenqualität, Compliance und Risikoreduzierung. * Du bist zentrale Schnittstelle zu Senior Stakeholdern (Einkauf, SCM, Management), moderierst Erwartungen und steuerst Ziel- und Priorisierungskonflikte. * Du koordinierst mehrjährige Produkt-Roadmaps, Abhängigkeiten und Initiativen über mehrere Teams hinweg und stellst gemeinsam mit Engineering einen stabilen, skalierbaren Betrieb sicher. * Du bewertest Business Cases, leitest daraus strategische Investitions- und Priorisierungsentscheidungen ab und verantwortest die Definition sowie Messung geschäftsrelevanter KPIs und Produktziele.

Qualifikationen * Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im digitalen Product Management mit komplexen Plattformen - idealerweise in Einkauf, Product Lifecycle oder Supply Chain. * Du verstehst Einkaufs-, Lieferanten- und Supply-Chain-Prozesse und kannst sie in digitale Lösungen und Produkte übersetzen. * Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produktstrategien sowie in der Steuerung komplexer Roadmaps über mehrere Teams hinweg. * Du bringst fundiertes Know-how in Lieferantenbewertung, Risiko-Management und der Bewertung von Business Cases & strategischen Investitionen mit. * Du verfügst über starke Stakeholder-Management-, Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Senior- und Management-Level. * Du kombinierst strategisches Denkvermögen mit hoher Umsetzungskompetenz sowie ausgeprägten analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten. * Du kannst komplexe Themen strukturieren, priorisieren und klare Entscheidungen treffen - auch in crossfunktionalen, internationalen Setups. * Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
