Het salaris voor vergelijkbare functies ligt tussen €2.600 - €5.000 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en functie-invulling. Functie-inhoud - Jij stuurt als Senior Productiemedewerker één en soms twee lijnen aan en waarborgt productie en kwaliteit. - Jij bedient, stelt in en lost eerstelijnsstoringen op aan machines en randapparatuur. - Jij houdt toezicht op productiehoeveelheid en productkwaliteit en rapporteert afwijkingen. - Jij zorgt voor orde en netheid op de werkvloer volgens hygiënevoorschriften. - Jij werkt samen met Operators, de Technische Dienst en de Productieleiding en springt bij waar nodig. Functie-eisen - MBO-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische of productiegerichte opleiding. - Aantoonbare ervaring als productiemedewerker, bij voorkeur op senior niveau. - Verantwoordelijk, zelfstandig en nauwkeurig met aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. - Bereidheid om in tweeploegenstelsel te werken en flexibel inzetbaar te zijn. - Basis technische aanleg en ervaring met bedieningswerkzaamheden en het oplossen van eerstelijnsstoringen. - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands in woord en geschrift, Engels is een pré. - Kennis van hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsrichtlijnen.
