CBR Senior Productmanager Examens NL Jouw uitdaging In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor examens voor transportondernemers, vervoersmanagers en kandidaten voor het T-rijbewijs. Je zorgt ervoor dat examens actueel, betrouwbaar en goed uitvoerbaar zijn. Daarbij werk je samen met brancheorganisaties, ministeries, opleiders en vakinhoudelijke experts. Over het team Je werkt binnen de divisie CCV van het CBR. Hier ontwikkelen, beheren en vernieuwen we examens en kwalificaties voor verschillende beroepsgroepen. We zorgen ervoor dat examens aansluiten op wettelijke eisen, ontwikkelingen in de praktijk en de behoeften van onze stakeholders. Je werkt samen met productmanagers, assistent-productmanagers, onderwijskundigen, toetsdeskundigen en externe partners. In jouw rol geef je inhoudelijke richting aan productteams en ben je een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor zowel interne als externe stakeholders. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Productmanager Examens & Examinering ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke kwaliteit en doorontwikkeling van jouw examenproducten. Je: - bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke kwaliteit van examens voor transportondernemers, vervoersmanagers en het T-rijbewijs; - zorgt met je team dat examens aansluiten op wet- en regelgeving, beroepscompetenties en ontwikkelingen in de praktijk; - bewaakt de kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en validiteit van examenprogramma's en beoordelingscriteria; - vertaalt veranderingen in beleid, wetgeving en het werkveld naar concrete verbeteringen in examens; - werkt samen met vakinhoudelijke experts, opleiders, brancheorganisaties en ministeries; - geeft inhoudelijke sturing aan productmanagers en assistent-productmanagers; - ontwikkelt productjaarplannen en bepaalt verbeter- en innovatieprioriteiten; - bewaakt planning, risico's, kwaliteit en resultaten binnen jouw productportfolio; - vertegenwoordigt het CBR in overleggen met externe stakeholders en samenwerkingspar...
