Jij bent voor de klant hét gezicht van Convect zodra ze tekenen: je zorgt voor een soepele implementatie, geeft training, bouwt de relatie op en zorgt dat ze blij blijven met onze software . Over Convect Convect ontwikkelt SaaS-software voor professionele VvE-beheerders in Nederland. Sinds 2012 helpen we beheerders om hun portefeuille efficiënt, kwalitatief en servicegericht te beheren, van ledenadministratie en financiën tot technisch onderhoud en vergadermanagement. We groeien door en hebben een sterk technisch team en een duidelijke belofte: maak beheren gemakkelijk. De rol Je bent ongeveer 3 dagen per week op locatie bij klanten, door heel Nederland met de nadruk op de Randstad. De rest van je tijd werk je vanuit Apeldoorn of thuis. Als productspecialist neem je de klant over zodra de verkoop rond is. Vanaf dat moment ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de hele levenscyclus van de klant: de implementatie, de training, het dagelijkse contact en de tevredenheid. De accountmanager houdt de commerciële relatie warm; commerciële kansen signaleren jullie samen. De inhoud en de klantbeleving zijn aan jou. Je bent daarnaast de oren bij de klant: je signaleert verbeterwensen en zet ze door naar de Product Owner, zodat ze in het product landen. Wat ga je doen? Klantbegeleiding vanaf de sale - Implementatie: je begeleidt nieuwe klanten bij het inrichten en in gebruik nemen van Convect. Je plant, voert uit en bewaakt de kwaliteit, van kick-off tot livegang. - Training: je leidt gebruikers op, zowel bij implementaties als daarna. Je maakt complexe VvE-materie eenvoudig, precies zoals onze belofte "maak beheren...
