Zur Vergrößerung und Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir eine begeisterte und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit.

Schwerpunkte

>> Eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung und Optimierung von Produkten im Bereich pro-, prä- und postbiotische Formulierungen sowie Mikronährstoffe und Vitamine

>> Steuerung von Entwicklungsprojekten von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung inkl. Auswahl geeigneter Darreichungsformen (Bioverfügbarkeit, Stabilität, Akzeptanz)

>> Planung, Koordination und Auswertung von Stabilitäts-, Sensorik- und Analysenprüfungen

>> Beobachtung und Bewertung wissenschaftlicher Trends sowie Analyse von Marktentwicklungen im Bereich Pro-, Prä- und Postbiotika, Mikrobiom und Mikronährstoffe

>> Aufbau einer Innovationspipeline sowie Einführung neuer Rohstoffe und Technologien

>> Auswahl, Qualifizierung und Betreuung von Rohstofflieferanten und Lohnherstellern

>> Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (Qualität, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing und Vertrieb)

>> Fachliche Führung eines kleinen Teams

>> Sicherstellung regulatorischer Anforderungen sowie Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Produktspezifikationen

Anforderungsprofil

>> Abgeschlossenes Studium (Lebensmitteltechnologie, Pharmazie, Ernährungswissenschaften, Biochemie, Biologie o.ä.)

>> Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung im Bereich Probiotika, Mikronährstoffe oder Vitamine

>> Fundiertes Wissen über probiotische Stämme, prä- und postbiotische Wirkmechanismen sowie Mikronährstoffe

>> Erfahrung in der Produktformulierung sowie im Umgang mit Rohstofflieferanten und Lohnherstellern

>> Kenntnisse relevanter EU-Regulatorik sowie GMP, HACCP und ISO 22000

>> Unternehmerisches Denken, Innovationsfreude und absolute Begeisterung für Produkte mit starkem Marktpotenzial

>> Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

>> Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

>> Reisebereitschaft (15-20 %) für Messen, Lieferantenbesuche und Konferenzen

Gehalt

Für diese Position gilt ein Mindestbruttoentgelt von € 3.000,- auf Vollzeitbasis. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist - abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung - selbstverständlich gegeben.
