The posting

Voor onze partner Alro Group, een gevestigde industriële speler gespecialiseerd in het coaten van metalen en kunststof onderdelen voor onder meer de automotive sector, is Flexer Professional op zoek naar een Senior Project & Account Engineer.

In deze functie combineer je projectmanagement, technisch inzicht en klantencontact. Je beheert je eigen klantenportefeuille en vormt de centrale schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en de interne organisatie.

Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Project & Account Engineer neem je verantwoordelijkheid over projecten van opstart tot overdracht naar operations. Je:

  • beheert een eigen klantenportefeuille en onderhoudt de dagelijkse contacten met jouw klanten;
  • coördineert projectgebonden zaken tussen klanten, leveranciers en de verschillende interne afdelingen;
  • start nieuwe projecten op volgens APQP-projectmanagement en IATF-procedures;
  • bewaakt lopende projecten aan de hand van KPI's, deadlines, kwaliteit en budget;
  • volgt prijsstrategieën op en stemt hierover af met leveranciers;
  • ondersteunt bij prijscalculaties en offertes;
  • werkt intensief samen binnen cross-functionele teams;
  • bewaakt een goede projectvoorbereiding met aandacht voor efficiëntie, kwaliteit, veiligheid en ergonomie;
  • bezoekt regelmatig klanten en zorgt ervoor dat vragen of problemen met de nodige snelheid worden aangepakt.

Wie zoeken we? We zoeken iemand die technische affiniteit combineert met sterke projectmatige en communicatieve vaardigheden. Je beschikt over:

  • een bacheloropleiding in een technische en/of commerciële richting;
  • ervaring binnen projectmanagement en/of APQP, bij voorkeur binnen automotive of een industriële productieomgeving;
  • voldoende technisch inzicht om coating- en productieprocessen snel te begrijpen;
  • sterke vaardigheden in planning, structuur en projectopvolging;
  • een goede kennis van Excel en PowerPoint;
  • ervaring met of interesse in Continuous Improvement, Lean en Operational Excellence;
  • een klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid;
  • het vermogen om verschillende interne en externe stakeholders mee te krijgen binnen een project.

Je communiceert zeer goed in het Nederlands en Engels. Basiskennis van Duits en Frans is een bijkomende troef.
