In het kort: Je gaat projecten en werkzaamheden in de openbare ruimte inventariseren, integraal plannen, capaciteitsknelpunten signaleren, management adviseren, rapportages en dashboards ontwikkelen en plannings- en rapportageprocessen inrichten en verbeteren. Organisatieomschrijving De ABG-organisatie is de ambtelijke organisatie van de gemeenten Alphen-Chaam, Baarle-Nassau en Gilze en Rijen. Samen met de drie gemeentebesturen zorgen wij ervoor dat de producten en diensten zijn afgestemd op de lokale behoeften van inwoners, bedrijven en belangenverenigingen. Functiebeschrijving De afdeling Openbare Ruimte zoekt tijdelijk een ervaren project- en capaciteitsplanner die inzicht en grip creëert op de beschikbare en benodigde capaciteit binnen lopende projecten, programma's en reguliere werkzaamheden. De opdracht bestaat uit: - Inventariseren van lopende projecten, programma's en werkzaamheden. - Opstellen en onderhouden van een integrale capaciteitsplanning. - Inzichtelijk maken van beschikbare en benodigde capaciteit. - Signaleren van capaciteitsknelpunten en adviseren over mogelijke oplossingen en scenario's. - Ondersteunen van management bij prioritering van werkzaamheden en projecten. - Ontwikkelen van managementinformatie, rapportages en dashboards. - Inrichten van plannings- en rapportageprocessen. - Meedenken over en voorbereiden van een soepele aansluiting op de toekomstige PPPM-inrichting binnen de ABG-organisatie. Eisen -Dienstverband: ZZP (of detachering) - Kandidaat voldoet aan de in de functiebeschrijving genoemde opleidingseis. Dit moet blijken uit de CV. - Om bij de gemeente te komen werken, stellen wij een verklaring omtrent gedrag verplicht. Met uw inschrijving verklaart u zo spoedig mogelijk na gunning van de opdracht een nieuwe VOG (van de door u voorgestelde kandidaat) te uploaden in het digitaal dossier van de kandidaat in Flex West-Brabant. Het betreft een VOG met screeningsprofiel 11, 12, 13. Let op: Als binnen een termijn van 3 weken geen gel.
