Zorg jij als planner voor overzicht, grip en slimme capaciteitsplanning? Doe je dat graag, samen met betrokken collega's, aan ruimtelijke projecten die onze Brainportregio versterken. Dan hebben wij dé vacature! Jouw rol: De afdeling Programma- en Projectbeheersing (PP) binnen de sector Ruimtelijke Programma's en Projecten (RPP) zorgt ervoor dat projecten en programma's binnen de gestelde kaders blijven en effectief bijdragen aan de doelstellingen van de gemeente Eindhoven. Als planner ben jij dé specialist op het gebied van planning en capaciteitsmanagement. Je analyseert, adviseert en ondersteunt zowel de vraagkant (programma's en projecten) als de aanbodkant (afdelingen en marktpartijen) om te komen tot een realistische en beheerste planning binnen de ruimtelijke opgaves van de Gemeente Eindhoven. Je stelt project- en activiteitenplanningen op, maakt afhankelijkheden en risico's inzichtelijk en daagt projectmanagers en andere EPPM-rolhouders (Eindhoven Programma en Projectmanagement Model) uit om robuuste en haalbare planningen op te stellen. Capaciteit beschouw je daarbij als een belangrijke randvoorwaarde: je signaleert knelpunten en denkt mee over oplossingsrichtingen, maar de kern van je rol ligt bij het plannen van projecten, niet bij het centraal sturen op capaciteit. Hiertoe behoort: - Opstellen, doorontwikkelen en actualiseren van integrale project- en faseringsplanningen. - Adviseren van projectmanagers en beheersers over haalbaarheid, scenario's en keuzes in planning. - Toetsen van planningen op realisme en samenhang binnen programma's. - Signaleren van capaciteits- en planningsknelpunten en hierover adviseren. - Bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van projectplanning binnen RPP (processen, werkwijzen en tooling).
