The posting

Voor een toonaangevend industrieel productiebedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Freelance Senior Project Engineer Elektromechanica voor een strategisch langetermijnproject van minstens 3 jaar.

Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van een volledig nieuwe chemische procesinstallatie, inclusief een geavanceerde waterbehandelingsinstallatie en de bijhorende utilities. Het betreft een investeringsproject van ongeveer €45miljoen, waarbij je het volledige project begeleidt van Concept Engineering tot Commissioning en de uiteindelijke overdracht naar Operations.

Je werkt in een complexe industriële omgeving waar mechanische installaties, procesinstallaties, utilities en verschillende externe partners samenkomen. Je krijgt een sleutelrol binnen een multidisciplinair projectteam en bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische coördinatie gedurende de volledige levenscyclus van het project.

Functieomschrijving

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de volledige uitvoering van het project van Concept Engineering tot Commissioning
  • Uitwerken en opvolgen van Concept, Basic en Detailed Engineering
  • Opstellen van technische specificaties en aanbestedingsdossiers
  • Vergelijken, evalueren en selecteren van contractoren, leveranciers en engineeringpartners
  • Coördineren van multidisciplinaire engineeringactiviteiten
  • Technische opvolging van de bouw en installatie van nieuwe procesinstallaties
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de integratie van mechanische installaties, waterbehandeling en utilities
  • Opvolgen van hogedrukleidingen, persluchtnetwerken en proceswaterinstallaties
  • Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Organiseren en leiden van projectvergaderingen met interne en externe stakeholders
  • Coördineren van de constructiefase en werfactiviteiten
  • Voorbereiden en begeleiden van FAT, SAT, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning en opstart
  • Verzorgen van de technische overdracht naar Operations en Maintenance
  • Rapporteren over voortgang, risico's, planning en budget
  • Bachelor of Master Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 10 jaar ervaring binnen industriële CAPEX-projecten
  • Ervaring met projecten van Concept Engineering tot Commissioning
  • Sterke technische kennis van: Pompen Motoren & aandrijvingen Transportbanden Trommels / Rotating Equipment Piping & Mechanical Equipment Waterbehandeling / Waterzuivering Utilities (hogedrukleidingen, perslucht en proceswater)
  • Ervaring met contractor management, tendering en multidisciplinaire projectcoördinatie
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en graag aanwezig op de werf
  • Ervaring binnen de chemische industrie, procesindustrie, recycling of zware industrie is een sterke troef
