Ben jij een ervaren Process Engineer of Continuous Improvement Specialist die energie haalt uit het optimaliseren van productieprocessen? Wil je een zichtbare impact hebben op efficiëntie, kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid binnen een internationale industriële omgeving? Dan is deze uitdaging jou op het lijf geschreven.

Voor een toonaangevende internationale productieorganisatie zoeken we een Senior Process Excellence Engineer. In deze strategische rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren, initiëren en implementeren van verbetertrajecten binnen verschillende productieafdelingen. Je combineert data-analyse, proceskennis en change management om operationele prestaties naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je analyseert productieprocessen en identificeert opportuniteiten op vlak van efficiëntie, kwaliteit, capaciteit en kostenbeheersing.
  • Je leidt Continuous Improvement-projecten van analyse tot implementatie en borging.
  • Je past Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma en Operational Excellence-methodieken toe binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Je voert diepgaande root cause analyses uit en vertaalt deze naar duurzame verbeteracties.
  • Je ontwikkelt KPI-dashboards en monitort de prestaties van processen en installaties.
  • Je begeleidt productieteams bij het implementeren van nieuwe werkwijzen en standaarden.
  • Je ondersteunt investeringsprojecten vanuit procesmatig en operationeel standpunt.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie, maintenance, engineering, kwaliteit en supply chain.
  • Je stimuleert een cultuur van continu verbeteren en fungeert als interne coach voor verbeterprojecten.
  • Je identificeert opportuniteiten rond automatisering, digitalisering en Industry 4.0-toepassingen.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Operations Manager en bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor het management.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Masterdiploma Industrieel Ingenieur, Burgerlijk Ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 10 jaar ervaring binnen Process Engineering, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement of Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving is een must.
  • Sterke kennis van Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM of andere verbeteringsmethodieken.
  • Analytisch zeer sterk en in staat om complexe processen te vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Ervaring met data-analyse, KPI-management en procesoptimalisatie.
