* 10+ years of project management, incl. end-to-end responsibility for at least one LIMS implementation or rollout * Deep understanding of LIMS logic and lab processes (samples, test methods, instruments, reporting) * Proven multi-site or multi-country rollout incl. process harmonisation, master data and data migration * Strong planning, cost, resource and risk management; steering of committees, vendors and escalations * University degree in natural sciences, engineering, computer science or comparable; fluent English

Ihr Beitrag bei uns * Integrated project planning: re-baselining of scope, work packages, schedule, budget and quality objectives; steering the elaboration of process, functional, technical and interface requirements by experts * Resource management: capacity planning, variance analysis and initiation of resource allocation across central and local organisations and competence centers * Governance and reporting: definition of project KPIs; preparation and presentation of project status to top management; corrective actions, risk management and escalation * Process and data readiness: securing harmonised processes and master data prior to system configuration, with Business Process Lead, Test Process Manager and Master Data Manager * Transition management: interim solutions for existing local systems, data migration strategy and decommissioning of legacy systems * Pilot and rollout: ownership of the roadmap from pilot to go-live in 14 countries, incl. testing, user acceptance and training; transfer to continuous LIMS operation and support organisation
