Jij combineert inhoudelijke betrokkenheid bij spraakmakende infrastructurele projecten met een sleutelrol in de ontwikkeling van een team van experts (toekomstig Teamleider). Wat ga je doen? - Als senior professional werk je aan projecten voor opdrachtgevers zoals ProRail, Rijkswaterstaat, provincies en gemeenten, binnen projecten als tunnels, grote spooruitbreidingen en complexe infrastructuurprogramma's. - Vervul rollen zoals contractmanager, adviseur contractbeheersing, toets coördinator (contracten) of projectleider (contracten). - Je zorgt dat projecten beheerst, voorspelbaar en succesvol worden uitgevoerd door aandacht voor techniek, samenwerking en contractuele beheersing. - Teamleiding: Je geeft leiding aan een team van circa 9 professionals binnen Systeemgerichte Contractbeheersing (SCB), contractmanagement en technisch management. - De rol bestaat gemiddeld uit 70% inhoudelijke projectwerkzaamheden en 30% teamleiding . Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Inspireren, coachen en ontwikkelen van collega's in vak en carrière. - Zorgen voor optimale inzet van teamleden op projecten. - Stimuleren van kennisdeling en kwaliteitsverbetering binnen het team. - Optreden als inhoudelijk sparringpartner voor collega's en klanten. - Bouwen aan verdere groei en positionering van het team en inzichten inbrengen in het managementteam Cost & Commercial Management Mobility Nederland.
