The posting

  • Coördineren en realiseren van nationale en internationale automatiseringsprojecten van A tot Z.
  • Organiseren van de projectopstart en het afstemmen van doelstellingen, planning en aanpak met alle stakeholders.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van gedetailleerde projectplanningen met duidelijke mijlpalen.
  • Efficiënt plannen en inzetten van mensen en middelen gedurende het volledige project.
  • Bewaken van budgetten, projectkosten en een correcte facturatie.
  • Garanderen van de kwaliteit van de opgeleverde oplossing, inclusief tussentijdse validaties en finale oplevering.
  • Opvolgen van de planning en proactief anticiperen op wijzigingen of mogelijke vertragingen.
  • Signaleren van wijzigingen in scope, timing of budget en deze correct opvolgen.
  • Identificeren en beheersen van projectrisico's.
  • Bewaken van de projectdoelstellingen en zorgen voor een succesvolle oplevering.
  • Onderhouden van een transparante communicatie met klanten, leveranciers en interne stakeholders.
  • Organiseren en leiden van projectvergaderingen en zorgen voor een duidelijke rapportering.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Project Manager binnen een technische projectomgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen infra, constructie of grote automatisering projecten, ook ervaring binnen sectoren zoals machinebouw, energie, spoorwegen of aerospace is relevant.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator en combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met een gestructureerde aanpak.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en werkt zelfstandig.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet meerdere projecten gelijktijdig succesvol op te volgen.
  • Kennis van projectmanagementmethodieken zoals Prince2 of PMBOK is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een extra troef.
  • Je bent bereid om ongeveer 20% internationaal te reizen.
