The posting

Voor onze klant, actief in de logistieke sector, zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Project Manager met ervaring in de oplevering van investerings- en infrastructuurprojecten.

  • Je leidt en coördineert de civieltechnische projecten van initiatie tot oplevering, zoals wegenis- en verhardingswerken, nutsvoorzieningen, waterbeheersingsprojecten, etc.
  • Je beheert de relaties met zowel interne als externe stakeholders
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en onderhouden van projectplanningen, budgetten en risicoanalyses
  • Je staat in voor de voorbereiding en begeleiding van aanbestedingen en offerteaanvragen
  • Je evalueert offertes en biedt ondersteuning bij contractvorming
  • Je coördineert de aannemers, leveranciers, studiebureaus en consultants
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, planning, budget en veiligheidsvereisten tijdens de uitvoering van het project
  • Je identificeert, analyseert en volgt de projectrisico’s, wijzigingen en afwijkingen op
  • Je verstrekt technisch advies aan verschillende interne afdelingen
  • Je organiseert de technische opleveringen en zorgt mee voor een vlotte overdracht naar Operations en Maintenance
  • Je biedt een aantoonbare ervaring met vergelijkbare opdrachten en organisaties binnen civiele infrastructuur, gebouwenbeheer, haveninfrastructuur en waterwerken
  • Je hebt ervaring met projectmanagement binnen industriële, logistieke en/of havenomgevingen
  • Je hebt kennis van relevante technische standaarden waaronder SB250 of gelijkwaardig
  • Je hebt ervaring met aanbestedingen, contractmanagement en contractor management
  • Je kan een grondige kennis voorleggen van grondstabilisatie en heavy-duty pavement toepassingen
  • Je hebt kennis van Autocad
  • Je bent gekend met de veiligheids- en milieuwetgeving binnen industriële en havenomgevingen
  • Je hebt sterk analytische skills en bent communicatief vaardig
  • Je hebt ervaring met stakeholdermanagement op verschillende organisatieniveaus
  • Je bezit voldoende adviserende vaardigheden
