Prenez la responsabilité globale d’un projet structuré par phases et zones, en interaction directe avec le client et les équipes terrain. En tant que Project Manager, vous évoluez dans un environnement exigeant mêlant coordination technique, organisation de chantier et gouvernance contractuelle.

Votre mission se déroule : principalement sur les sites clients, en lien étroit avec les équipes projet et de chantier.

Le site Equans auquel vous êtes rattaché : Nivelles.

Zoom sur la fonction :

  • assurer la responsabilité globale de l’exécution du projet
  • piloter le budget, le planning, le scope, les risques, les changements et les jalons contractuels
  • agir comme point de contact principal du client pour les aspects contractuels et de gouvernance
  • coordonner les équipes internes, sous-traitants et parties prenantes du chantier
  • piloter le phasage des 4 zones et garantir la continuité des travaux
  • faire établir, valider et suivre le planning détaillé avec l’organisation
  • arbitrer les priorités, ressources et interfaces entre disciplines techniques (génie civil, structures, HT/BT, automation, supervision, etc.)
  • superviser les livrables clés : documents d’exécution, essais, réceptions et As-Built
  • veiller à la conformité des conditions de sous-traitance, à la gestion des données et aux obligations contractuelles
  • piloter les réceptions provisoires et définitives par zone, y compris la gestion des remarques et impacts financiers
  • mener les négociations d’avenants en cas d’évolution du projet ou de contraintes d’exécution

¿ Venez comme vous êtes, avec idéalement :

  • diplôme en ingénierie ou équivalent par expérience
  • expérience de minimum 10 ans en gestion de projets complexes
  • bonne maîtrise des aspects contractuels et de gouvernance projet
  • capacité à piloter des interfaces techniques multiples et des environnements structurés par phases
  • aisance avec les outils de planification, de suivi budgétaire et de gestion documentaire
  • communication claire avec le client et les parties prenantes
  • sens des responsabilités, capacité d’arbitrage et orientation solution
  • permis de conduire B
  • français courant, anglais professionnel. Le néerlandais est un atout
