Bedrijfs- en functieomschrijving:

Als Senior Project Manager krijg je een sleutelrol in diverse projecten. Je ondersteunt marktintroducties en behartigt Belgische belangen binnen Productmanagement, inclusief vertegenwoordiging van alle productgroepen in de Benelux-organisatie.

Je beheert projecten van concept tot implementatie, identificeert en beheert risico's en kansen, stelt plannen op, bewaakt budgetten en werkt nauw samen met interne teams en externe partners. Je streeft naar voortdurende procesverbetering en implementeert best practices binnen projectmanagement.

De liaison-rol binnen de Belgische markt en organisatie is van groot belang. Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met collega's in Nederland en België, bouwt een relevant netwerk op en vertegenwoordigt Productmanagement op (branche)bijeenkomsten. Samen zorgen we voor succes in deze uitdagende functie! De ideale Senior Project Manager beschikt over de volgende kwalificaties:

  • Een afgeronde relevante master of bachelor in Engineering, klimatisatie of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
  • Ervaring in de Belgische HVAC-sector. Als je geen ervaring hebt ben je welkom als Junior Project Manager
  • Ruime ervaring in projectmanagement, bij voorkeur in een installatietechnische omgeving.
  • Netwerkvaardigheden en ervaring in het onderhouden en opbouwen van zakelijke relaties.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels zijn pluspunten
