Senior Project Manager – Industriële Investeringsprojecten

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de volledige uitvoering van complexe CAPEX-projecten binnen een procesindustriële omgeving, van initiële projectdefinitie tot operationele overdracht.
  • Opstellen, definiëren en bewaken van projectdoelstellingen, scope, budgetten en kritische mijlpalen.
  • Ontwikkelen en beheren van investeringsvoorstellen, financiële onderbouwingen en projectramingen.
  • Uitwerken en opvolgen van geïntegreerde projectschema’s en resourceplanningen.
  • Coördineren van alle projectfasen, waaronder: Conceptontwikkeling en technische haalbaarheidsstudies Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), basic engineering en detailengineering Strategische sourcing, aanbestedingen en contractmanagement Uitvoering van constructie- en installatiewerken Testing, commissioning, performance runs en operationele opstart
  • Fungeren als eindverantwoordelijke projectleider en primaire contactpersoon voor directie, stakeholders en operationele afdelingen.
  • Leidinggeven aan multidisciplinaire teams bestaande uit specialisten binnen mechanica, E&I, automatisatie, piping, civiele werken en HSE.
  • Actief beheren van projectrisico’s, change management-processen, contractuele claims en afwijkingen ten opzichte van planning en budget.
  • Voorbereiden en presenteren van projectrapportages, voortgangsreviews en besluitvormingsdocumenten voor management- en stuurgroepvergaderingen.
  • Verankeren van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en compliance-eisen gedurende de volledige projectlevenscyclus, conform geldende industriële standaarden en regelgeving.
  • Meer dan 10 jaar succesvolle ervaring in het managen van industriële investeringsprojecten, waarbij volledige verantwoordelijkheid werd gedragen voor alle projectfasen, van initiatie en ontwerp tot implementatie en oplevering.
  • Minstens 7 jaar aantoonbare technische projectervaring binnen engineeringdisciplines zoals mechanica, elektrotechniek, piping, civiele techniek of aanverwante vakgebieden.
  • Uitgebreide kennis en praktijkervaring op het gebied van:
  • Uitwerken van haalbaarheidsstudies, conceptuele ontwerpen en projectdefinities.
  • Ontwikkelen en bewaken van investeringsbudgetten, businesscases en CAPEX-dossiers.
  • Plannen, coördineren en begeleiden van commissioning-, test- en opstartactiviteiten van industriële installaties.
  • Ruime ervaring binnen de procesindustrie, met een goed begrip van operationele en technische uitdagingen in complexe productieomgevingen.
  • Sterke kennis van projectmanagementmethodieken en bewezen ervaring met projectplanning en -opvolging via MS Project.
  • Zelfstandige professional met een proactieve houding, een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een uitgesproken focus op het behalen van resultaten.
  • Ervaren in het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams en het beheren van relaties met interne en externe stakeholders, leveranciers en aannemers.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en presentatievaardigheden, met het vermogen om effectief te communiceren op zowel operationeel, tactisch als directieniveau.
  • Natuurlijke leider met sterke overtuigingskracht, die succesvol functioneert binnen technisch uitdagende en dynamische industriële omgevingen.
  • Certificeringen
  • In het bezit van een geldig VCA-VOL certificaat.
  • Certificering in PMP, PRINCE2 of een vergelijkbare projectmanagementmethodiek geldt als een sterke troef.
  • Talen
  • Nederlands: _oedertaalniveau of professionele beheersing
  • Engels: uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden.
