The posting

Voor een toonaangevende technische dienstverlener actief binnen industriële installaties en infrastructuur zijn wij op zoek naar een Technisch Projectleider Elektriciteit.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en opvolgen van elektrische projecten binnen een industriële omgeving. Je werkt samen met technici, klanten en interne teams om projecten van ontwerp tot oplevering succesvol te realiseren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • je bent contactpersoon tussen opdrachtgever en de klant en volgt de relatie op de voet;
  • je beschikt over een goede algemene technische bagage maar bent vooral ook organisatorisch sterk;
  • je verzekert de kwaliteit en oplevertermijnen van de uitgevoerde werken bij de klant en volgt de bijhorende budgetten op;
  • je bent verantwoordelijk voor de offertes die je voorbereidt en uitwerkt bij de klant door de prijsaanvragen te bestuderen en te berekenen. Bovendien draag je ook de financiële verantwoordelijkheid over het project;
  • je stelt de uitvoeringsploegen samen en zorgt ervoor dat er voldoende personeel is;
  • je omkadert de werfleider, werkt nauw samen met de mensen op de werf en neemt ook een motiverende en ondersteunende rol op naar hen.

Jouw profiel:

  • je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting;
  • je hebt reeds een aantal jaar relevante ervaring in de sector van project management binnen een industriële omgeving en /of onderhoudsomgeving en hebt;
  • je hebt ervaring in het begeleiden van junior project managers;
  • je hebt kennis/ affiniteit met piping & mechanical of kan je dit snel eigen maken;
  • je houdt ervan dicht aanwezig te zijn op de werkvloer en bent communicatief sterk;
  • Je bent organisatorisch onderlegd en schrikt er niet voor terug flexibel en proactief in te spelen op noden bij de klant;
  • je beschikt over de nodige overtuigingskracht om het projectteam, de aannemers en de klant te motiveren om positief samen te werken;
  • je staat garant voor een correcte en veilige uitvoering van het werk;
  • je bent stressbestendig, kan prioriteiten stellen en taken uitvoeren in hectische omstandigheden.
