USG Professionals is op zoek naar een Senior Project Manager – Transformation & Implementation voor onze klant in regio Mechelen. Dit kan zowel als USG Project consultant als op Freelance basis!

Ben jij een hands-on Project Manager die niet alleen plannen maakt, maar projecten ook écht over de finishlijn brengt? Krijg jij energie van complexe omgevingen, veel stakeholders en projecten met hoge zichtbaarheid? Dan is dit een mooie uitdaging voor jou!

Voor een kritisch transformatieprogramma zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Senior Project Manager die structuur brengt in complexiteit, ownership neemt en stakeholders op verschillende niveaus weet mee te krijgen.

Jouw uitdaging

Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving die volop in beweging is en snel evolueert van startup naar scale-up. Binnen een complex programma lopen meerdere tracks parallel, waarbij jouw focus ligt op concrete implementatie en operationalisatie.

Je vertaalt een duidelijk gedefinieerde scope en contractuele afspraken naar een werkbare realiteit binnen de organisatie. Daarbij verlies je nooit de operationele haalbaarheid uit het oog.

Je neemt ownership, stelt de juiste vragen, durft te challengen en zorgt ervoor dat beslissingen ook daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je neemt de lead over de implementatie van een complex, multi-track programma.
  • Je bewaakt voortgang, afhankelijkheden, risico's en deliverables over verschillende projecten heen.
  • Je vertaalt scope, afspraken en doelstellingen naar concrete acties en operationele processen.
  • Je brengt structuur in complexe situaties en zorgt voor duidelijke planning, dashboards en rapportering.
  • Je identificeert blokkades en komt zelf met pragmatische oplossingen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende domeinen, waaronder Operations, HR, Legal, Communicatie en IT.
  • Je beheert stakeholders van operationeel niveau tot senior management en C-level.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten meetbaar en auditklaar zijn.
  • Je bewaakt de business impact en zorgt ervoor dat oplossingen ook effectief werkbaar zijn op het terrein.
  • Je durft beslissingen en bestaande werkwijzen constructief te challengen.
  • Je faciliteert overleg en zorgt voor duidelijke afspraken, ownership en opvolging.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten niet blijven hangen in analyse, maar daadwerkelijk tot uitvoering en resultaat komen.

Werkregime: Voornamelijk on-site, met beperkte flexibiliteit voor remote work indien nodig

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken geen Project Manager die vooral vertelt hoeveel jaar ervaring hij of zij heeft. We zoeken iemand die kan aantonen wat hij/zij gerealiseerd heeft.

Je bent iemand die:

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring heeft in projectmanagement of een vergelijkbare rol.
  • Een aantoonbaar track record heeft met complexe en high-impact projecten.
  • Ervaring heeft met meerdere stakeholders en cross-functionele/organisatiebrede projecten.
  • Zeer hands-on, proactief en resultaatgericht werkt.
  • Sterk is in structuur, planning en organisatie.
  • Een echte solution mindset heeft: je ziet problemen, maar komt vooral met oplossingen.
  • Ownership neemt en zaken zelfstandig tot een goed einde brengt.
  • Rustig en betrouwbaar blijft wanneer de druk hoog ligt.
  • Sterk is in stakeholdermanagement en mensen op een natuurlijke manier kan meenemen.
  • Assertief genoeg is om te challengen, maar dit steeds op een diplomatische manier doet.
  • Nieuwsgierig is en graag begrijpt waarom iets gebeurt voordat je beslist hoe het moet gebeuren.
  • Zeer sterk communiceert en complexe zaken helder kan rapporteren.
  • Vlot Nederlands en Engels spreekt.

Nice to have

  • Ervaring binnen telecom, infrastructuur of vergelijkbare technische omgevingen.
  • Ervaring met grote programma's naast klassieke projecten.
  • Ervaring in high-pressure of crisisachtige omgevingen.
  • Een IT-achtergrond.
  • Ervaring met contractimplementaties of sterk gereguleerde omgevingen.
  • Ervaring met AI-tools ter ondersteuning van projectmanagement.
