Dit ga je doen Als Senior Projectcontroller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële beheersing van meerdere projecten. Je bewaakt budgetten, risico's, prognoses en projectresultaten en adviseert projectmanagers gedurende de volledige projectcyclus. Je bent een kritische sparringpartner die verder kijkt dan de cijfers alleen. Je analyseert afwijkingen, onderzoekt oorzaken en helpt bij het realiseren van verbeteringen. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere ontwikkeling van projectcontrol binnen de organisatie. Door jouw ervaring weet je structuur aan te brengen, processen te verbeteren en collega's mee te nemen in een professionele werkwijze. - Opstellen en bewaken van projectbegrotingen. - Opstellen van forecasts en prognoses. - Monitoren van projectresultaten en financiële voortgang. - Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en knelpunten. - Adviseren over financiële en bedrijfseconomische vraagstukken. - Opstellen van managementrapportages. - Bewaken van de kwaliteit van projectadministraties. - Ondersteunen bij projectevaluaties en projectafsluitingen. - Doorontwikkelen van projectcontrolprocessen. - Verbeteren van rapportages en stuurinformatie. - Ondersteunen van collega-projectcontrollers. - Verbinden van projectteams en Finance. - Stimuleren van financieel bewustzijn binnen projecten.
