Je verbindt financiën, planning en uitvoering en helpt projectteams met scherpe inzichten betere besluiten te nemen. Je bewaakt de financiële voortgang en bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor projectleiding en management. Je maakt afwijkingen bespreekbaar, spreekt je uit wanneer risico's ontstaan en werkt samen aan betrouwbare prognoses. - Opstellen en bespreken van rapportages, forecasts en prognoses; - Bewaken van budgetten, contracten, meer- en minderwerk en projectresultaten; - Signaleren van financiële risico's, kansen en afwijkingen; - Adviseren van projectteams en management over financiële vraagstukken; - Bezoeken van bouwplaatsen en bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van projectcontrol. Functie-eisen Je hebt ruime ervaring in projectcontrol en draagt zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid voor complexe projecten. Je legt verbanden tussen contracten, planning, uitvoering en financiën en weet jouw analyse helder te vertalen naar actie. - Hbo- of wo-diploma in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of vergelijkbaar; - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als projectcontroller, businesscontroller of financial controller; - Ervaring in bouw, installatietechniek of een andere technische projectomgeving; - Ervaring met projecten van circa €10 tot €50 miljoen; - Ervaring met ERP-systemen en Excel, plus een kritische en duidelijke communicatiestijl. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Je werkt samen met collega's uit bouw, werktuigbouwkunde en elektrotechniek, vanuit de Van Nelle Fabriek en op projectlocaties.
