The posting

Voor de verdere versterking en dagelijkse leiding van ons kantoor zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren en visionaire Senior Projectingenieur Infrastructuur. In deze sleutelrol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de globale werking van het bedrijf en geef je richting aan zowel de operationele als strategische activiteiten. Je stuurt het team van projectingenieurs en werftoezichters aan, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dossiers en vertegenwoordigt het bureau als technisch en commercieel aanspreekpunt.

Jouw rol en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het team van projectingenieurs en werftoezichters en zorgt voor coaching, ondersteuning en motivatie.
  • Je neemt deel aan strategische overlegmomenten binnen de organisatie en denkt actief mee op directieniveau.
  • Je bewaakt de planning, werkverdeling en capaciteit binnen het team en garandeert de kwaliteit van alle uitgevoerde studies en dossiers (o.a. wegenis, riolering en overheidsopdrachten).
  • Je fungeert als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor complexe technische vraagstukken en deelt je expertise binnen het team (o.a. SB250/SB260 en hydraulische studies).
  • Je onderhoudt en versterkt de relaties met opdrachtgevers zoals overheden, nutsbedrijven en private partners.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere groei van het bedrijf, procesoptimalisaties en de strategische ontwikkeling van de organisatie.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Industriële Wetenschappen (Industrieel Ingenieur) Bouwkunde of Burgerlijk Ingenieur.
  • Je hebt minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen infrastructuurprojecten, bij voorkeur met ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de wetgeving rond overheidsopdrachten en hebt een goede kennis van SB250 en SB260.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met moderne ontwerp- en rekensoftware zoals AutoCAD, Sirio en InfoWorks.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel en beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider die mensen weet te motiveren en te ondersteunen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, mensgericht en werkt verbindend binnen een teamomgeving.
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk, denkt oplossingsgericht en werkt gestructureerd en analytisch.
  • Je hebt een ondernemende mindset, neemt initiatief en draagt verantwoordelijkheid met overtuiging.
