Over de organisatie Onze klant is een ingenieursbureau met een schitterende reputatie en met een vergevorderde BIM-strategie uit regio Kortrijk. Dit studiebureau is actief in zowat alle sectoren van de bouw, maar voor jou ligt de focus op technieken.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Senior Project Engineer neem je een sleutelrol op binnen uitdagende bouwprojecten: - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp en de uitwerking van duurzame gebouwentechnieken en bewaart het overzicht gedurende het volledige projecttraject, van voorontwerp tot oplevering. - Je stuurt projectteams aan, begeleidt BIM Modelleurs en ondersteunt junior collega's in hun verdere groei. - Daarnaast volg je de uitvoering op de werf nauwgezet op en onderhoud je contacten met alle betrokken bouwpartners. - Daarbij verlies je kwaliteit, planning en rendabiliteit nooit uit het oog. - Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Business Unit Director.

Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn? Je hebt een Master Bouwkunde, Elektromechanica of Klimatisatie. Je kan min. 10 jaar relevante ervaring meebrengen vanuit een ander studiebureau of vanuit de aannemerij. Je hebt affiniteit met BIM software. Tot slot ben je goed in planning en coördinatie, hou je van teamwork en ben je vlot in communicatie.
