In veel functies voor starters kijk je in het begin vooral mee vanaf de zijlijn. In deze rol draai je vanaf dag één actief mee in bouwprojecten. Je werkt direct samen met een ervaren Senior Projectleider, die je begeleidt en je geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid toevertrouwt. Zo leer je niet alleen het vak van projectleider, maar ontdek je ook waar jouw kwaliteiten het best tot hun recht komen. De projecten lopen bovendien sterk uiteen. Zo kun je werken aan bouwprojecten in de zorg, het onderwijs, bij woningcorporaties, in de industrie, retail of projectontwikkeling. De organisatie richt zich op verschillende vormen van bouwadvies, vastgoedmanagement en interim-management. Hierdoor krijg je te maken met uiteenlopende opdrachtgevers, vraagstukken en fasen van een bouwproject. Van voorbereiding en planning tot begeleiding tijdens de uitvoering en de afronding. Een gemiddelde werkdag Je start de dag bijvoorbeeld met een overleg met de Senior Projectleider. Samen nemen jullie de planning door en bepalen jullie welke acties nodig zijn om het project verder te helpen. Vervolgens onderhoud je contact met leveranciers, bouwpartners en andere betrokken partijen. Een deel van je werk bestaat uit projectadministratie en het vastleggen van afspraken, planning en voortgang. Ook bezoek je regelmatig een bouwlocatie om de voortgang te beoordelen en controles uit te voeren. Tussendoor stel je rapportages op en ondersteun je bij verschillende onderdelen van het project. Aan het einde van de dag bespreek je met de Senior Projectleider wat er is uitgevoerd, welke punten nog aandacht vragen en welke taken jij verder kunt oppakken.
