Voor een overheidsorganisatie in Zuid-Holland zoekt Grippr Procurement een Senior Projectleider Aanbestedingen. De inzet is 36 uur per week.

In deze rol neem je de regie over twee omvangrijke Europese aanbestedingstrajecten binnen het HR-domein. Je begeleidt zowel een aanbesteding rondom flexibele personeelsinzet als een traject voor een digitaal leer- en ontwikkelplatform en stuurt daarbij multidisciplinaire projectgroepen aan. Je bewaakt planning, besluitvorming, risico's en samenhang en zorgt ervoor dat inkoop, HR, ICT, privacy en de business goed op elkaar aansluiten. Daarnaast begeleid je de trajecten van voorbereiding en marktbenadering tot gunning, transitie en voorbereiding op implementatie.

Een mooie opdracht voor een ervaren projectleider die complexe aanbestedingen graag combineert met organisatiebrede verandering en zichtbare impact.

Functie-eisen: Profiel:

• Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding op hbo-niveau of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau. • Je hebt ervaring met het begeleiden van organisatiebrede projecten en bent gewend om samen te werken met directie, management of stuurgroepen. • Je hebt ervaring met Europese aanbestedingen binnen een publieke of vergelijkbaar complexe omgeving en hebt bij voorkeur meerdere trajecten van voorbereiding tot gunning begeleid. • Je hebt ervaring met multidisciplinaire projectteams waarin bijvoorbeeld HR, Inkoop, ICT en de business samenwerken. • Je hebt het liefst ervaring met aanbestedingen rondom HR-dienstverlening, flexibele inhuur, digitale HR-oplossingen of leerplatformen. • Je hebt affiniteit met de implementatie of vervanging van systemen en begrijpt wat daarbij komt kijken op het gebied van koppelingen, data, privacy en informatiebeveiliging.
