Niet door "even een project te draaien", maar door saneringen slimmer, strakker en beter te organiseren. Denk aan een sanering op een groot industrieel terrein in de haven: meerdere stakeholders, strakke eisen en nul ruimte voor slordigheid. Jij zet de lijn uit, regelt de juiste aanpak richting bevoegd gezag en stuurt op kwaliteit tot en met de evaluatie. Bij Mos Milieu zoeken we daarom een gecertificeerde senior projectleider bodemsanering die het vak van binnen en buiten kent, zijn netwerk benut en onze saneringsafdeling verder op de kaart zet. Jij brengt structuur, richting en nieuwe energie in het team en in de markt. Dit ga je doen Als senior projectleider bodemsanering geef je vorm aan de groei en professionalisering van onze saneringsafdeling in Rotterdam. Je begeleidt complexe saneringsprojecten van begin tot eind. Tegelijk kijk je verder dan de uitvoering alleen: jij vertaalt ontwikkelingen in wetgeving, beleid en techniek naar een aanpak die werkt in de praktijk. Je bent inhoudelijk het aanspreekpunt bij uitdagende vraagstukken. Je helpt collega's vooruit, brengt structuur en zorgt dat we als team slimmer en consistenter werken. En je bent commercieel scherp: je onderhoudt relaties, herkent kansen en haalt nieuwe opdrachten binnen. Concreet is je takenpakket: - Leiden van bodemsaneringsprojecten van start tot oplevering (planning, budget, kwaliteit); - Opstellen/beoordelen van saneringsplannen, plannen van aanpak, BUS-meldingen en evaluatierapportages; - Regie voeren op uitvoering en milieukundige begeleiding conform BRL SIKB 6000; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, bevoegd gezag, aannemers en interne specialisten; - Coachen en inhoudelijk begeleiden van...
