De functie inhoud Als ervaren projectleider in regio Gent draag jij de eindverantwoordelijkheid over elk project.

  • Beheren van bouwprojecten van gunning tot oplevering.
  • Aansturen van onderaannemers, leveranciers en het projectteam, inclusief onderhandelen over prijzen en bewaken van afspraken.
  • Projectplanning opmaken en opvolgen, van voorbereiding tot definitieve oplevering.
  • Financiële opvolging: kosten, manuren, facturen en meewerken.
  • Aanspreekpunt voor bouwheer, architect en betrokken bouwpartners.
  • Samen met het technisch projectteam stuur je de technische uitwerking aan.
  • Kwaliteit en veiligheid opvolgen op de werf, in nauw overleg met de werfleider.

  • Bachelor of master Bouwkunde, Architectuur of Burgerlijk Ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider bij een aannemer, inclusief complexe bouwprojecten.
  • Sterke kennis van planning, kostenbeheersing en bouwconstructies.
  • Zelfstandig, besluitvaardig en sterk in communicatie.
