Senior projectleider civiele techniek Functie omschrijving Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Projectleider Civiele Techniek die een belangrijke rol wil spelen binnen één van de grootste gebiedsontwikkelingen van Nederland. Binnen de gemeente wordt binnen een ambitieus programma gewerkt aan de ontwikkeling van een compleet nieuwe stadswijk. Een unieke binnenstedelijke transformatie waarbij een duurzame, aantrekkelijke en toekomstbestendige openbare ruimte centraal staat. Als Senior Projectleider Civiele Techniek geef jij richting aan verschillende projecten binnen de openbare ruimte. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele traject: van voorbereiding en intake tot realisatie en overdracht. Wat ga je doen? Je stuurt diverse civieltechnische projecten aan en zorgt ervoor dat deze binnen de afgesproken tijd, budget en kwaliteitskaders worden gerealiseerd. Je werkt nauw samen met het multidisciplinaire gebiedsteam, de projectmanager, interne collega's en externe ingenieursbureaus. Daarnaast ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de collega's van Stadsbeheer binnen Programma Entree. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Plannen, coördineren en begeleiden van projecten in de openbare ruimte van begin tot eind; - Aansturen van projectteams en verdelen van werkzaamheden; - Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en voortgang; - Begeleiden van externe ingenieursbureaus op technisch en contractueel gebied; - Signaleren en beheersen van projectrisico's; - Bewaken van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen; - Onderhouden van contact met interne en externe stakeholders; - Effectief contracteren binnen complexe civieltechnische projecten; - Geven van gevraagd én ongevraagd advies; - Begeleiden, coachen en ontwikkelen van collega's, waaronder voorbereiders en projectleiders; - Meedenken over het verbeteren en doorontwikkelen van de dienstverlening.
