Zwolle Meer details Senior Projectleider Civiele Techniek Profiel Onze opdrachtgever is op zoek naar een Senior Projectleider Civiele Techniek die verantwoordelijk is voor de voorbereiding, coördinatie en realisatie van complexe civieltechnische projecten. Je stuurt projectteams aan, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen de gestelde planning, kwaliteitseisen en budgetten worden uitgevoerd. In deze functie werk je aan uiteenlopende infrastructurele projecten binnen de openbare ruimte. Je onderhoudt contact met aannemers, adviesbureaus, nutsbedrijven, overheden en andere betrokken partijen en zorgt voor een goede afstemming tussen alle stakeholders gedurende het gehele project. Dankzij jouw ervaring met projectmanagement en civiele techniek weet je technische, bestuurlijke en omgevingsbelangen met elkaar te verbinden. Je draagt actief bij aan een efficiënte uitvoering van projecten en zorgt voor een kwalitatief eindresultaat met oog voor de omgeving. Vereisten - Hbo-opleiding in de richting Civiele Techniek - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als civieltechnisch projectleider binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie - Ervaring met aanbestedingen en projectbeheersing (kwaliteit, planning, financiën en risico's) - Ervaring met complexe civieltechnische projecten - Kennis van RAW-systematiek en UAV-GC contracten is een pré - In het bezit van een VCA-VOL certificaat is een pré - Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden - Ervaring met het aansturen van projectteams en samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders Bedrijfsprofiel Onze opdrachtgever is een gemeentelijke organisatie die werkt aan de ontwikkeling, inrichting en het beheer van de openbare ruimte. Dagelijks wordt gewerkt aan uiteenlopende civieltechnische projecten op het gebied van infrastructuur, gebiedsontwikkeling, mobiliteit en duurzaamheid.
