Als Senior Projectleider Constructie ben jij de spil in het geheel. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige projectbeheersing van complexe bouwprojecten, van de eerste schets tot en met de oplevering. Je stuurt multidisciplinaire teams aan, bewaakt de planning en het budget, en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen op één lijn zitten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en weet met jouw ervaring en communicatieve vaardigheden verwachtingen te managen en oplossingen te vinden voor uitdagende vraagstukken. Daarnaast coach je junior projectleiders en draag je actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de projectorganisatie. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit: - Aansturen en coördineren van multidisciplinaire projectteams; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele bouwproces; - Fungeren als hoofdaanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, aannemers en andere stakeholders; - Identificeren van risico's en proactief schakelen om deze te beheersen; - Adviseren van opdrachtgevers over constructieve en bouwkundige vraagstukken; - Coachen en begeleiden van junior projectleiders en engineers; - Bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van projectmanagementprocessen binnen de organisatie.

Binnen deze functie krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Het bureau investeert actief in de groei van haar medewerkers door middel van opleidingen, cursussen en kennissessies. Je kunt doorgroeien naar een rol als Lead Projectleider waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor een eigen portfolio aan grote projecten, of je kunt je verder specialiseren in een specifieke sector zoals woningbouw of utiliteitsbouw. Ook is er de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar een managementfunctie waarbij je leiding geeft aan het gehele projectteam.
