Ben jij een ervaren bouwprofessional elektriciteit technieken met passie voor nieuwbouw en renovatie? Als projectleider elektriciteit binnen het technisch departement van ZAS ziekenhuizen coördineer je uitdagende projecten van ontwerp tot oplevering. Je zorgt voor planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid, en werkt nauw samen met interne en externe partners. Met jouw organisatorisch talent en technische kennis bouw je mee aan innovatieve zorginfrastructuur.

OVER DE JOB

  • Beheer van projecten van A tot Z -Van studie en ontwerp tot uitvoering van kleine en middelgrote nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten. Je voert zowel zelfstandige elektriciteit projecten als deel uitmakend van een bouwteam uit of werkt als elektriciteit projectleider binnen bouwprojecten.
  • Overleg en communicatie - Actieve rol in onderhandelingen met gebruikers en coördinatie met interne en externe specialisten.
  • Projectdossiers opmaken - Zorgvuldig opstellen en opvolgen van alle documentatie.
  • Werfopvolging - Zelfstandig opvolgen van toegewezen werven en bewaken van kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Budget & planning - Eindverantwoordelijk voor organisatie, budgetbeheer, planning en correcte communicatie.
  • Evaluatie en nazorg - Afronding en evaluatie van projecten voor een optimale oplevering.

OVER JOU

  • Diploma & ervaring - Master industrieel ingenieur of bachelor in de elektriciteit (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) met relevante ervaring in nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten.
  • Technische kennis – Grondige kennis van technieken elektriciteit; waarbij Caneco en/of Eplan is een plus.
  • IT-vaardigheden - Goede kennis van MS Office en MS Project voor planning en opvolging.
  • Organisatorisch talent - Gestructureerd werken, sterk in planning en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Persoonlijkheid - Dynamisch, communicatief, flexibel en een echte teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken.
  • Ambitie & innovatie - Oog voor kwaliteitsverbetering, creatief ingesteld en leergierig.
