In het kort: Je gaat complexe binnenstedelijke gebiedsontwikkelingen leiden, projectteams aansturen, voortgang en budget bewaken, participatie met bewoners organiseren en je kennis delen door minder ervaren collega's te coachen. Organisatie Wij zijn een 100.000 plus gemeente, onderdeel van het regionaal samenwerkingsverband Holland Rijnland en deelnemer aan de G40. In de groen-blauwe stad midden in het Groene Hart vind je een unieke combinatie van stedelijke projecten en ruimtelijke vraagstukken in een landelijk gebied. 132,5 km², waarvan 6 km² water en 8 kernen, midden in het Groene Hart: dat is Alphen aan den Rijn. Opdracht Als senior projectmanager gebiedsontwikkeling werk je aan boeiende opdrachten binnen de gemeente Alphen aan den Rijn. De projecten zijn uitdagend en afwisselend. Je werkt aan het realiseren van (binnen-)stedelijke gebiedstransformaties voor onder andere woningbouw, bedrijvigheid en mobiliteit. Je leidt projecten variërend van binnenstedelijke woningbouwontwikkelingen tot gebiedsontwikkelingen rondom OV-knooppunten in de verschillende kernen van Alphen aan den Rijn, in verschillende fasen van het gebiedsontwikkelingsproces. Je stuurt projectteams aan en werkt samen met hen toe naar belangrijke projectresultaten. In deze rol ben je sterk in samenwerken, proactief in het aansturen van projectteams en neem je de leiding om projectresultaten te behalen. Daarnaast heb je ervaring met het vertalen van politiek-bestuurlijke uitgangspunten naar projecten en (deel)re.
