Als Senior Projectleider HVAC ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject van diverse HVAC-projecten, van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je werkt nauw samen met collega-projectleiders, de technisch directeur en het administratieteam, en stuurt werfleiders, ploegchefs en onderaannemers aan.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor meerdere HVAC-projecten en bewaakt budget, planning en technische kwaliteit.
  • Je neemt beslissingen over technische oplossingen, productkeuzes en selectie van partners binnen het vastgelegde kader.
  • Je stuurt werf- en ploegverantwoordelijken aan op een duidelijke, respectvolle en eerlijke manier.
  • Je ondersteunt beginnende projectleiders en begeleidt hen in hun groeitraject.
  • Je werkt samen met collega-projectleiders en de technische directie en houdt het overzicht zonder de werfrealiteit uit het oog te verliezen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als projectleider, bij voorkeur in HVAC, en hebt projecten van A tot Z gedragen.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische achtergrond (ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Je woont binnen het halfuur van Buggenhout of Sint-Niklaas en voelt je thuis in een cultuur van open communicatie en wederzijds vertrouwen.
