Onze klant is een gespecialiseerde HVAC-partner actief in industriële projecten waar kwaliteit, technische expertise en samenwerking centraal staan. Vanuit Buggenhout en Sint-Niklaas realiseren ze complexe HVAC-installaties voor klanten die rekenen op betrouwbaarheid, flexibiliteit en vakmanschap.

Voor hun vestiging in Buggenhout zijn we op zoek naar een SENIOR PROJECTLEIDER HVAC.

Als Senior Projectleider HVAC neem je verkochte projecten op voor uitvoering. Na een grondige intake met de klant word jij eigenaar van het project en begeleid je dit van voorbereiding tot oplevering.

Je werkt samen met de technisch directeur en krijgt per project ondersteuning van het projectadministratieteam. Werfleiders, ploegchefs en het uitvoerend team vallen onder jouw aansturing, net als de onderaannemers.

Binnen het vooraf bepaalde budget krijg je veel vrijheid in:

  • Technische oplossingen
  • Productkeuzes
  • Selectie van partners, onderaannemers en leveranciers (binnen een kader van voorkeursleveranciers)

Je bewaakt kwaliteit, planning en rendement, en stuurt werf- en ploegverantwoordelijken aan op een manier die duidelijk, respectvol en eerlijk is.

Deze functie is ideaal voor iemand die houdt van grote industriële HVAC-projecten, graag samenwerkt met projectteams en tekenaars, en tegelijk jonge projectleiders wil begeleiden in hun groei.

Concreet:

  • Je draagt eindverantwoordelijkheid voor meerdere HVAC‑projecten
  • Je bewaakt budget, planning en technische kwaliteit
  • Je neemt beslissingen en durft bij te sturen waar nodig
  • Je communiceert open en rechtuit, ook wanneer het schuurt
  • Je werkt samen met collega‑projectleiders en technische directie
  • Je ondersteunt beginnende projectleiders en begeleidt hen in een groeitraject
  • Je houdt overzicht zonder de werfrealiteit uit het oog te verliezen

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als projectleider, bij voorkeur in HVAC
  • Je hebt projecten van A tot Z gedragen, inclusief budgetverantwoordelijkheid
  • Je hebt een sterke technische achtergrond (ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, maar blijft pragmatisch
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en laat zaken niet liggen
  • Je voelt je thuis in een cultuur van open communicatie en wederzijds vertrouwen
  • Je woont binnen het halfuur van Buggenhout of Sint-Niklaas
  • Maturiteit tonen
