Voor een groeiende en innovatieve HVAC-specialist zoeken wij een Senior Projectleider HVAC. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van uitdagende HVAC-projecten, van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en collega's.

Jouw taken

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de volledige coördinatie van HVAC-projecten van A tot Z.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van de projectplanning, budgetten en deadlines.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van werf- en ploegleiders.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van technische dossiers en offertes.
  • Organiseren en leiden van werfvergaderingen.
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement van de projecten.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met klanten, architecten, studiebureaus en leveranciers.
  • Voorbereiden van de facturatie en rapporteren aan de technisch directeur of projectmanager.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over meerdere jaren ervaring als projectleider binnen HVAC of technieken.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische kennis van HVAC-installaties.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt steeds het overzicht.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, collega's en partners.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en bent oplossingsgericht.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
