Senior Projectleider - Hybride zorg Dit wordt je nieuwe baan De zorg is continu in beweging. Door demografische ontwikkelingen, technologische vooruitgang en veranderende opvattingen over ziekte en gezondheid doen steeds meer mensen een beroep op gezondheidszorg. Om ervoor te zorgen dat de kwaliteit, toegankelijkheid en betaalbaarheid van zorg in Nederland tot de beste van de wereld blijft behoren, is een andere inrichting van zorg en meer focus op gezondheidsbevordering essentieel. Binnen VieCuri en in de regio Noord-Limburg is daarom een beweging op gang gekomen om de zorg te transformeren. Binnen de kaders van de strategie van VieCuri 'Samen voor Gezondheid' werken we aan de "Gezondheid van patiënten en inwoners" en het aanbieden van een "Gezond Zorgpalet". De veranderbewegingen "Zelf, tenzij…; thuis, tenzij…; en digitaal, tenzij…" vormen hiervoor de basis. Projecten die hieraan bijdragen zijn geclusterd binnen het programma Zorgtransformatie, met de pijlers Gezondheid, Hybride Zorg en Netwerkzorg. Als Senior Projectleider Hybride Zorg leid je complexe, multidisciplinaire projecten op het gebied van digitalisering in de zorg. Je werkt samen met medisch specialisten, verpleegkundigen, (medisch) ondersteuners, ICT-collega's, managers, patiënten en regionale partners. Je weet verschillende belangen bij elkaar te brengen en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er nodig is om een project tot een succes te maken. Van nature ben je een verbinder, een netwerker en een aanjager, die met mensenkennis en een gezonde dosis lef in staat is om anderen enthousiast te maken en in actie te krijgen. Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om onze strategische doelstellingen m.b.t. hybride zorg om te zetten in concrete organisatie brede projectplannen en resultaten.
