Daarnaast beschikt de kandidaat over actuele en aantoonbare vakinhoudelijke kennis, onderbouwd met relevante opleidingen, trainingen en certificeringen op het gebied van projectmanagement, servicemanagement en ServiceNow. De kandidaat beschikt minimaal over: • een erkende certificering op het gebied van project- en/of programmamanagement, zoals PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP Practitioner, IPMA-C of hoger, PMP of een aantoonbaar gelijkwaardige certificering; • een geldige ITIL Foundation certificering, bij voorkeur aangevuld met één of meer verdiepende ITIL-certificeringen; • minimaal twee afgeronde ServiceNow-trainingen, opleidingen of certificeringen gericht op implementatie, inrichting, beheer of platformfunctionaliteiten; • aantoonbare kennis van Enterprise Service Management, governance, organisatieverandering en implementatiemethodieken. Gezien de omvang, complexiteit en het strategische belang van de opdracht wordt verwacht dat de kandidaat aantoonbaar heeft geïnvesteerd in permanente professionele ontwikkeling en beschikt over actuele kennis van moderne servicemanagement- en implementatievraagstukken.
