Krijg jij energie van het gelijktijdig begeleiden van verschillende technische projecten én het verder brengen van de teams die eraan werken? In deze seniorrol krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over meerdere multidisciplinaire projecten binnen de installatiebranche. Vanuit Oirschot werk je aan bijzondere modulaire bouwprojecten verspreid over Zuid- en Midden-Nederland. Van woningbouw en appartementen tot scholen, kantoren en zorglocaties: ieder project vraagt om een andere technische aanpak. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken disciplines daarin goed samenwerken. Jouw rol : Je staat niet dagelijks zelf midden in de uitvoering, maar houdt juist het overzicht over meerdere projecten en projectteams. Daarbij stuur je onder andere projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders, engineers en monteurs aan. In de praktijk betekent dit dat je: - Meerdere technische projecten tegelijkertijd begeleidt; - Projectteams aanstuurt en zorgt voor duidelijke prioriteiten; - De commerciële, technische, financiële en administratieve resultaten volgt; - Regelmatig overlegt met opdrachtgevers over voortgang, budget en doelstellingen; - Contact onderhoudt met leveranciers, onderaannemers en andere betrokken partijen; - Knelpunten vroegtijdig herkent en samen met het team tot oplossingen komt; - Stuurt op het behalen van de afgesproken projectdoelstellingen; - Zorgt voor goede samenwerking tussen de verschillende technische disciplines. Je krijgt daarmee een brede verantwoordelijkheid: van de voortgang binnen het projectteam tot de relatie met de opdrachtgever.
