Functieomschrijving Binnen Facilicom Groep zijn we volop bezig met het versterken en professionaliseren van projectmanagement. Als Senior Projectleider IT bij Business Technology speel jij een centrale rol in het realiseren van projecten die bijdragen aan de verdere groei, digitalisering en integratie van onze diensten. Je bent de schakel tussen de business en techniek en zorgt ervoor dat strategische doelen worden omgezet in concrete oplossingen. Bovendien neem je het voortouw binnen ons projectmanagementteam en vind je het leuk anderen te coachen en mee te nemen in jouw kennis en ervaring. Je werkt organisatiebreed voor meerdere divisies en brengt structuur, regie en daadkracht binnen uiteenlopende IT- en veranderprojecten. Hierbij schakel je moeiteloos van rol: van aanjager naar adviseur en van strategisch/tactisch naar operationeel niveau. Jij bent de drijvende kracht achter het realiseren van duurzaam IT-succes! Jij: - Neemt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor complexe projecten op het snijvlak van IT en business, met een scherp oog voor tijd, geld, kwaliteit, informatie en organisatie; - Neemt het voortouw in het projectmanagementteam; - Stuurt projecten en projectteams aan van start tot succesvolle afronding: van strategische planning en inrichting tot uitvoering, monitoring, rapportage en duurzame borging; - Brengt richting en structuur, bewaakt kritieke mijlpalen en communiceert proactief en overtuigend met opdrachtgevers, stuurgroepen en directies; - Creëert draagvlak op strategisch en tactisch niveau, verbindt stakeholders en stimuleert samenwerking over teams, divisies en organisatiegrenzen heen.
