Achter een betrouwbare en veilige dienstregeling gaat een complexe organisatie schuil waarin continu wordt gewerkt aan verbetering, innovatie en digitalisering. Binnen het Bedrijfsbureau Exploitatie speelt de afdeling Projecten & Services (P&S) hierin een sleutelrol. Als Senior Projectleider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het initiëren, leiden en realiseren van complexe organisatiebrede projecten die bijdragen aan de toekomst van de RET. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor management, interne opdrachtgevers en externe leveranciers. Je vertaalt strategische vraagstukken naar concrete projecten, brengt belangen bij elkaar en zorgt voor duurzame resultaten. Daarbij stuur je niet alleen op planning, budget en kwaliteit, maar ook op draagvlak, risico's, verandering en implementatie. Je leidt complexe projecten met een IT-, digitaliserings- en bedrijfskundige component. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan: - innovatieve toepassingen, zoals AI binnen cameratoezicht of een zelfrijdende bus - organisatiebrede verander- en digitaliseringsprojecten die de operatie slimmer, veiliger en efficiënter maken Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor meerdere complexe projecten tegelijkertijd, van initiatief en businesscase tot implementatie, borging en evaluatie. - Je geeft leiding aan multidisciplinaire projectteams en zorgt voor een effectieve samenwerking tussen interne stakeholders, zoals Exploitatie, Techniek, ICT en stafafdelingen, en externe partners. - Je adviseert management en opdrachtgevers over projectaanpak, risico's, investeringen en strategische keuzes en weet hierbij verschillende belangen samen te brengen. - Je creëert draagvlak binnen een complexe organisatie en stuurt actief op veran...
