- Woonbond.nl Senior projectleider Platform Woonzoekers ( 16 uur per week) De Woonbond richt zich op de landelijke belangenbehartiging van en voor huurders(organisaties) en woningzoekenden. We staan voor goede en betaalbare woningen, leefbare buurten en een sterke positie van huurders(organisaties) en woningzoekenden. Actief zijn voor de Woonbond betekent actief zijn in een landelijke toonaangevende organisatie die de stem is van hurend Nederland. De Woonbond vertegenwoordigt ruim 3,4 miljoen hurende huishoudens en woningzoekenden. Wil jij bijdragen aan een sterkere positie van woningzoekenden en ervoor zorgen dat hun stem beter wordt gehoord bij nieuwbouwplannen? Voor het Platform voor Woningzoekenden zoeken we een senior projectleider die het platform verder ontwikkelt, de samenwerking met partners versterkt en actief kansen weet te benutten om het bereik en de impact te vergroten. Over het platform Het platform Woonzoekers is opgericht in samenwerking met meerdere woningcorporaties. Het doel is om onder andere woningzoekenden beter te betrekken bij besluitvorming over nieuwbouwprojecten. Via een panel en een online community verzamelen we ervaringen, behoeften en signalen van woningzoekenden. Ook nodigen we hen uit om hun stem te laten horen bij gemeenteraads- en commissievergaderingen. Dat doe je samen met de community manager. Wat ga je doen ? - Je zorgt voor de verdere ontwikkeling en positionering van het platform (nationale uitrol). - Je onderhoudt het contact met de deelnemende woningcorporaties, gemeenten en andere relevante partners. - Je organiseert en begeleidt activiteiten, bijeenkomsten en presentaties waarin het platform zichtbaar wordt gemaakt. - Je werkt samen met communicatiepartners aan campagnes, LinkedIn-updates en andere vormen van zichtbaarheid. - Je doet actief aan acquisitie: je legt nieuwe contacten, verkent samenwerkingsmogelijkheden en weet nieuwe gemeenten, corporaties en andere partners aan het pl...
