Als Senior Projectleider Railinfra ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de systeemintegratie van Centrale Bediening Installaties (CBI) binnen grootschalige railinfraprojecten. Je fungeert als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alle werkzaamheden en afhankelijkheden rondom CBI. Je zorgt ervoor dat technische installaties van gelijkrichterstations veilig en efficiënt worden bewaakt en bediend vanuit een centrale locatie. Je begeleidt het project door alle fasen, van ontwerp tot en met indienststelling, en stemt af met interne en externe stakeholders. Je stelt gedetailleerde plannen van aanpak op, beheert leveranciers en projectteams, en borgt voortgang, kwaliteit en risicobeheersing. Daarnaast organiseer je besluitvorming en escaleer je tijdig bij knelpunten. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Analytisch sterk bij complexe vraagstukken - Ruime ervaring als projectleider of technisch manager binnen OV- of railinfraprojecten - Proactieve en resultaatgerichte houding - Kennis van technische systeemintegratie in railinfrastructuur - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding - In het bezit van een geldig VCA VOL-certificaat - Leiderschapskwaliteiten en verbindend vermogen - Omgevingsbewust en vaardig in stakeholdermanagement - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling Functieoverzicht .
